Materials Controller

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor / Manager, the successful candidate will generate monthly stock reports, generate and revise standard operating procedures and co-ordinate customer specific receiving activities. He/she will be responsible for organising and disposing of obsolete supplies and handling all related queries.

Procurement Specialist

The post holder will be responsible for all aspects of Procurement within a defined supply category and will support other supply categories as necessary.The objective of the role is to assist in the development and daily management of an efficient, proactive and cost effective supply base while developing a mature, pro-active professional and personal relationship with all suppliers and all internal operational departments, develop and maintain supplier agreements and manage supplier performance.

Project Leader

Due to ongoing expansion and development of our services we are seeking to recruit additional Project Leaders. This exciting and challenging delivery-focused, hands-on position is the key link between our customers and our internal supply chains. Responsible for preparing and implementing a planned set of activities to ensure our customers’ stringent requirements are successfully incorporated into design, packaging and drug supply management for clinical trials, the successful candidates will be managing several projects simultaneously (at a global or multi-divisional level) from conception through to closure whilst providing support and expertise to our clients throughout the lifecycle of their study. Key responsibilities of this important role are the management of the overall project plan, co-ordination of an internal project team, undertaking any necessary corrective actions to keep the project on target, and proactively managing internal/external customer relations.

Project Co-ordinator

Project Coordinators assist Project Leaders and Project Managers in the timely delivery of customer’s projects. They are responsible for performing all routine tasks associated with project start-up with respect to the production and/or distribution of Clinical supplies. This includes any or all of the following: scheduling of production operations, tracking receipt and inventory levels of project specific components, assisting in the generation and maintenance of project plans using MS Project, generating all project related manufacturing documentation, and setting up protocols to manage Clinical supply chains.
