Purchasing Manager

Reporting to the Logistics Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Purchasing department to ensure the department provides an efficient procurement service to support business growth and development. He/she will be expected to deliver high performance and added value whilst working to exacting standards and challenging deadlines. The successful candidate will be expected to plan, direct and coordinate the activities of purchasing staff and manage, plan and organise the development and implementation of the division’s purchasing methods and processes ensuring all items purchased comply with GMP guidelines and customer specifications.

Quality Control Supervisor – Maternity Cover
Clinical Services - Craigavon

Reporting to the Quality Control Manager, the successful candidate will be part of a team responsible for the implementation and development of quality control procedures at Clinical Services. Duties will include supervision of Quality Control Inspectors involved in the inspection of incoming goods, in-process checks and final batch inspection, label approvals, sampling and environmental monitoring.

Validation Co-ordinator
Clinical Services - Craigavon

The successful candidate will be responsible for co-ordinating validation activities to facilitate compliance of computerised systems with operational and pharmaceutical regulatory requirements. He/she will compile validation documentation, co-ordinate the execution of validation testing and periodic review of computerised systems. They will also be responsible for liaising with users, software development and quality to ensure that validation projects are completed in a timely manner.

Qualified Person

The successful candidate will be responsible for Qualified Person (QP) release of clinical supplies in line with customer expectations and regulatory demands. He/She will be expected to liaise with Clinical Services customers to establish the extent of involvement of the Clinical Services QP and to generate, review and maintain QP related documentation ensuring compliance in accordance with Clinical Services procedures and regulatory expectation/requirements.
