Working with the project managers, the successful candidates will become the immediate customer and user support in clinical trials. The successful candidates will have significant responsibility for IXRS projects, assisting customers, designing support procedures, preparing projects reports, reviewing and developing user manuals, ordering drug and carrying out system quality checks. Full training will be provided for this role.
