Suite of Reports
One of the key benefits of Almac Interactive Reporting is the flexibility it offers users in terms of report content. Through consultation with our Project Managers at the beginning of your clinical trial, you can choose between a variety of standard, custom, and ad-hoc reporting options in both the start-up and maintenance phases of a clinical trial.
Standard
Almac offers a suite of standard reports that can be accessed through dashboards containing a summary of key study metrics and data. All dashboards are designed to empower sponsors to proactively manage their studies. For example, dashboards contain alerts that inform study personnel of issues relating to the level of drug supply inventories, patient recruitment, drug expiration dates, and other key information necessary to efficiently manage a clinical trial.
Clinical
Reports display site, subject/patient, drug, and user information specifically designed for clinical professionals. Each report allows users to filter and sort by country, site, dates, events (e.g. visits), and other fields to facilitate clinical workflow.
Supply
Supply reports contain subject assignment and drug inventory information at the kit, subject, site and depot levels. Reports are intended for use by Clinical Supply Directors/Managers, Clinical Project Managers, depot personnel, Site Monitors and other professionals responsible for drug supply.
Custom
Should your needs not be entirely satisfied by our standard reports, Almac develops specific custom reports that contain all of the functionality found in our standard reports, but also specific features that suit your particular study or personalised needs.
Ad-hoc Reports
While our standard and custom reports satisfy 99% of our clients’ needs, we realise that many sponsors employ sophisticated professionals who find it necessary and/or desirable to tap directly into the database and create their own custom reports. For such users, Almac Interactive Reporting offers the most user-friendly ad-hoc reporting tool in the industry. Due to the intuitive nature of Almac’s ad-hoc reporting capability, sponsors can create custom reports for themselves with little to no training. It’s as easy as pointing, clicking, and dragging data fields.
