In 2006, Almac launched the first integrated phone and web patient and drug management system in the pharmaceutical industry: IXRS®2.0. Through a process of continuous improvement, Almac has enhanced its unique technology by adding new features and functionalities each year.

It provides users with a single sign-on to the Almac portal, where they conduct transactions on our integrated IVR/IWR system and access reports from our new state-of-the-art reporting tool, Almac Interactive Reporting.
