Our knowledgeable project managers will provide you with value-added consultation and expertise during the IXRS® design and set-up process and through the completion of the study.

Strong communication is the foundation of our project support. We strive to facilitate proactive communication throughout the lifecycle of each project among all parties involved in meeting study milestones. Our project managers and support staff troubleshoot potential issues and communicate promptly with sponsors about potential solutions. We return all calls within 24 hours, as our aim is to provide responsive customer service and delivery of projects in a timely and cost efficient manner.

Our project management team is supported by a 24/7/365 in-house call center which is responsible for resolving most issues. Project managers can be paged if a particular issue cannot be resolved during non-business hours.
