The role

Working as part of the Learning & Development team, you will be responsible for the compilation of training plans, training records and training reports. You will be expected to organize external training courses, co-ordinate attendance and make any necessary arrangements for any in-house training.  You will also be responsible for ensuring training spreadsheets are regularly updated and for supporting the Company Induction Program. 
As part of a busy team within a rapidly growing organization, operating within a challenging industry you will benefit from the numerous personal and professional developmental opportunities available throughout the Almac group.

Essential Criteria

  • GCSE English Language and Maths at Grade C or above (or equivalent)
  • Experience in an administration role in a  busy office environment
  • Experience in collating information and compiling reports
  • Experience of dealing with both internal and external customers using a variety of communication media to include telephone, fax and email

Desirable Criteria

(The following criteria may be applied if a large pool of applicants exist)

  • A Level qualification (or equivalent)
  • Experience within a HRD department
  • Experience organizing large company activities, e.g. – training sessions
