Annual Performance Bonus – Calculations and Rules – 2025/26
Almac Group wants to recognise and reward employees who contribute to the success of our business. We are therefore delighted to offer eligible employees the opportunity to participate in an annual bonus performance scheme (the “Annual Performance Bonus”), which pays a bonus when the annual targets outlined below are met.
- To receive 100% of the 2.5% bonus, a minimum of 100% of our financial performance target (EBITDA – Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation & Amortisation) must be achieved. This 100% is broken down into two parts as follows:
(A) 50% Almac Group performance against EBITDA = 1.25%
(B) 50% Global Business Unit (BU) performance against EBITDA = 1.25%
- The breakdown of the global Business Unit 1.25% may vary depending on the BU and site location. Where this applies, further detail will be communicated to employees by the relevant BU Head.
- If less than 80% of the EBITDA target is achieved for either the Group (A) or the BU (B), no bonus will be paid for that component.
- If less than 80% of the EBITDA target is achieved on both parts (A) & (B), no bonus will be paid for that year.
(A) The amount paid will vary against Almac Group EBITDA target achieved, as illustrated below:
** A TOP UP amount is paid if the Almac Group exceeds 100% EBITDA target, e.g. if the Group achieves 120% of EBITDA, the bonus earned will increase by 20% from 1.25% up to 1.50%.
(B) The amount paid will vary against global BU EBITDA target achieved as illustrated below:
