Alternatively, our client&#8217;s can send us their own metagenomics to process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Metagenomic data analysis is conducted on our bioinformatics pipeline and enzyme searching is performed using smart enzyme discovery resulting in a library of unique targeted enzymes. Subsequently through recombinant enzyme cloning, expression and testing hits are selected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The libraries contain 100-200 enzyme sequences but can be tailored to customers needs.
