This innovative Apprenticeship programme in Almac Clinical Services combines academic and on the job learning across multiple core subject areas leading to a B.Sc. (Hons) Degree in Leading on Customer Operations and the opportunity to continue and progress your career with Almac.

As an Almac Accelerate Apprentice, you will work in either Project Management or Procurement teams in Almac Clinical Services.
As one of our new Degree Apprentices, you will assume project coordination roles, with either a production or distribution focus. You will work as part of global project delivery teams, with Project Leads and Clinical Supply Managers, ensuring customer requests are met, on time and in line with the project specification.
As our new Degree Apprentice, you will assume a procurement coordination role, working closely with a Procurement Category Manager to provide a professional procurement service within a specific category area. You will contribute to ensuring our internal business supply requirements are fulfilled in the most efficient and cost-effective way, allowing our client and patient needs to be met.
We are looking for candidates who are qualified (or about to qualify*) with a Level 3 qualification e.g. BTEC Level 3, A levels, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent. You should also possess GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English Language (Grades A* – C).
Previous experience of working in a team in either a work, social or academic setting is also a requirement. As this role will involve working closely with customers, previous experience of working in a customer service role is desirable.
*Applications are welcome from students who are due to receive Level 3 results in Summer 2022. Any offers will be conditional on achieving the relevant qualification.
