The Role

Working as part of the Logistics Services team, you will act as a primary contact for internal and external customers in relation to Logistics Service offerings provided for UK and Ireland. This will include supporting the relationship between Almac UK, Ireland and Singapore and its Freight transport partners with the objective of providing a seamless end to end service to Almac’s customers in the most cost effective and efficient method.

Our Logistics Services Coordinators also maintain centre of excellence for the import and export of Clinical Trial Material by providing global technical advice both internally and externally. You will also maintain key relationships with internal & external customers, Logistics & regulatory agencies.

Key Requirements

· Have eligibility to work in the UK/IE OR possess a valid work permit that will allow you to take up full time, permanent employment in the UK/IE

· 5 GCSE’s (or equivalent) at Grade C or above including Maths & English OR Previous experience in a customer facing Logistics role

· Previous experience within a customer facing role

· Knowledge in International Logistics, including import/export regulations and courier management

· Previous responsibility for prioritisation and allocation of work in accordance with customer requirement
