The Role
With a wealth of knowledge and experience, Almac Pharma Services have been manufacturing medicines in tablet, capsule and powder form for over 50 years. We also pack commercial drug products into bottles, blisters and sachets and provide specialised packaging solutions for medical kits, vials and syringes. From our computerised warehouse at our Craigavon headquarters, we store and distribute medicines and treatments to patients around the world.
Due to our continued expansion, we are currently seeking a Stores Supervisor to join our highly skilled team in our new, purpose-built warehouse working on our day shift team.
As Stores Supervisor you will be responsible for the day to day running of the receiving warehouse, supervising operators in the execution of duties to ensure stock accuracy and stock control is maintained at all times and that transactions are timely and accurate.

Essential Requirements
- 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above to include English and Maths (or equivalent level qualifications) OR significant relevant experience in a similar senior operator role
- Previous experience working in a goods receiving warehouse
- Previous experience in a senior operator level role, including managing/supervising operators
- Previous experience of operating a computerised inventory system on a daily basis (Booking in orders, stock movements, and stock control)
- Effective leadership and supervisory skills

Additional Information
Almac Pharma Services hold Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) and Known Consignor Certification. A requirement of these licences is that background checks are completed on all employees who are working in security sensitive positions. Background checks for this position will include 5-year employment history and AccessNI criminal record checks. Any job offer will be subject to satisfactory completion of these checks, and an AccessNI basic disclosure certificate will be required prior to commencing employment.
