Administrative Assistant

Almac Group is currently seeking an Administrative Assistance for our Durham, NC location. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and receptionist duties with a superior customer service focus in a courteousness and professional manner, with a high level of quality.
 
Mon-Fri 8-5
 
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
 
Provides excellent customer service in a prompt and professional manner when handling front desk duties and performing various administrative duties that support Office Services. This includes dealing with couriers, vendors, clients, and contractors
 
Responsible for procurement, distribution and inventory for break room and copy room supplies in multiple buildings. Including copy paper for copy machines.
 
Provides back up coverage for co-workers as needed.
 
Provides clerical and administrative support to Almac Group.
 
Qualifications:
Required Experience / Education:
High School Diploma/GED
1 year of administrative support
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
 
Preferred Experience / Education:
Associate degree
3 years of administrative support · Customer Service
GMP working environment
Customer service/client relations experience
Ability to work independently and in a team environment with minimal supervision
