- Responsible for providing supervision, organization, monitoring and SOP and cGMP compliance of production personnel.
- The Production Supervisor is responsible for the successful, cost effective and timely packaging of pharmaceutical dosage forms utilizing various packaging equipment including but not limited to bottle filling, blister card packaging, vial & ampoule labeling, kit assembly and pouching operations.
- The Production Supervisor is responsible for allocation of production personnel to scheduled operations ensuring adherence to the master production schedule and providing direction to staff in resolving production-related problems.

- The Production Supervisor is responsible for oversight of executed batch documents including issuance, reconciliation, recording of finished product, and required inspections using the inventory system and manually recording required details in the batch document according to appropriate Almac Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP’s).
Required Experience:
3 to 5 years’ experience in production environment
Required Education:
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Education:
Bachelor’s Degree
Preferred Experience:
Pharmaceutical or similar GMP environment
Supervisory experience (not required to be in Pharmaceutical)
A demonstrable track record of success delivering continuous improvement/OEE practices whilst adhering to strong management and leadership principles.
Excellent interpersonal skills and experience of successfully delivering change management programs to improve efficiencies are essential.
Proven ability to work well under pressure and able to priorities workloads.
