The Process Operator Grade 1 is responsible for carrying out all material handling and inventory control and distribution activities required within a standard computerized warehouse environment servicing a distribution operation.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Receive incoming material; labels, ancillairies, job related materials, and non-job related materials within the ambient areas of the warehouse as outlined in Standard operating procedures
- Complete goods inwards process for all goods receipted and complete inspection procedures. Move material to appropriate areas within the warehouse as outlined in Standard operating procedures
- Pick/pack and dispatch of shipments and completion of shipping paperwork
- Inventory stock checks and Inventory verifications
Qualifications:
Required Education:
High School or equivalent
Required Experience:
· 1 year Distribution/warehouse
Preferred Experience
· Clinical Trials/Clinical Supplies
· Knowledge of excel
· Interaction with ERP system(s) Required Knowledge:
· Basic Warehouse Operations; receiving, shipping, material handling, inventory control, housekeeping, and safety
· Good computer skills
