Almac Group is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Souderton location. The Maintenance Supervisor will support the Almac Facilities Maintenance activities for the PA sites. Supervise the maintenance staff and delegate work assignments as required to ensure the continuous operation of Facilities equipment and related systems while maintaining a compliant state that supports each of the Almac Business Units.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Maintain the operations of all Facilities Systems to ensure systems are operational for all aspects of the physical plant by delegating work assignments to the maintenance staff within the Facilities including but not limited to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, structural and architectural. Ensure that all systems are maintained and operable in order to support the continuous operation of the Facilities.
Support the operation of the Building Management System (BMS) to maintain continuous environmental operations of the Facilities while keeping the system in a compliant state.
Ensure the planned and unplanned maintenance and documentation for equipment is scheduled and coordinated into the Company operational schedule and is completed by the due dates.
Ensure GMP documentation for Facilities equipment maintenance activities is compliant and completed on time.
Qualifications:
Required Experience / Education:
High School Diploma or GED
Trade or Technical Training.
5+ years experience in Facilities Maintenance.
3+ years experience supervising personnel.
Experienced in HVAC, Electrical, Stationary Engineer and/or General Construction.
Intermediate Microsoft Products skills.
Intermediate with technical writing skills.
Preferred Experience / Education:
Trade School or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Completion of a certified Apprentice Trade Program preferred.
Maintenance experience in a pharmaceutical environment preferred.
Instrumentation calibration experience preferred.
Computerized Maintenance Management Systems preferred.
Experience with Building Management, Fire Alarm, and Security Systems preferred
