Almac Group is currently seeking a Machine Technician (3rd shift) for our Souderton, PA location. The Machine Technician will perform assigned functions at Almac Clinical Services relevant to the packaging area ensuring that quality is maintained in products for the safety, well-being, and protection of the patient. Employee will be required to perform assigned functions within Primary Packaging Rooms (exposed product) and Secondary Packaging Rooms (no exposed product).
**Third shift: 11pm – 7am**
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for the setup, operation, shut down, and cleaning of all Production related equipment utilizing the highest standards within a cGMP environment, following Almac SOPs.
- Complete all required associated documentation per Almac SOPs ensuring accurate information is recorded.
- Perform preventative maintenance per Almac SOPs and Planned Maintenance schedules.
- Troubleshoot Almac Production Equipment.
Qualifications:
Required Experience / Education:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum three years Machine/Mechanical experience (not required to be in Pharmaceutical)
- Packaging/processing equipment
Preferred Experience / Education:
- 2 Year Mechanical/Electrical degree
- Pharmaceutical or similar GMP environment
