- Assist in the development and execution of a yearly marketing plan to deliver growth, and boost the Almac Clinical Services brand position in the market
- Develop and manage comprehensive, cohesive, and measurable marketing initiatives derived from the marketing plan
- Actively collaborate with Business Development and other key stakeholders, to identify issues and opportunities, with a goal to drive outcomes
- Support BD teams to enhance the selling process and the commercial impact of in market activities – collateral (Case studies, white papers, articles, presentations), campaigns (Webinars, Almac initiated events), market research, and key client initiatives
- Support development of all messaging related to Almac Clinical Services – strategic messaging, new products and client / market specific. Devise and manage storage, control and dissemination of all key messages for each new market segment.
- Support collaboration between regions, business leaders, other corporate functional teams and Marketing Shared Services to ensure seamless implementation of customer-specific marketing strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or Life Sciences required.
- 3+ years’ experience in a Marketing role
- Understanding of Business to Business (B2B) Marketing or Sales environments
- Experience must include at least one of the following elements:
- Ownership and delivery of marketing initiatives;
- Evidence of planning and developing strategies to drive growth;
- Evidence of knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation, online strategies, PR, event support
- Proficiency with marketing automation and ‘inbound marketing / content marketing methodology.
- Excellency at MS Office suite, especially MS PowerPoint
- Post-Graduate or Professional qualification in Business/Marketing
- Similar role or junior managerial
- Knowledge of the clinical trials market, pharma industry, life sciences / B2B, Software / Technology, Healthcare IT, Clinical Research, or Contract Research Organization (CRO)
