Almac Group is currently seeking a Training Specialist for our Souderton, PA location. The Training Specialist position is responsible for identifying and fulfilling the training needs of the designated business unit.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage CS centralized training needs, gathering requirements, setting expectations with each department, tracking with appropriate metrics, and delivering training reports on a monthly basis.
- Create and maintain in-house training programs using ADDIE as the basis for course development, using reliable project management techniques to ensure that training programs meet requirements, are delivered on time, and on budget.
- Facilitate designated in-house training programs, both in person and virtual, as required.
- Collaborate with training team to deploy global training solutions as appropriate for CS.
Qualifications:
Required Experience / Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Training, Education, Instructional Systems Design, Organizational Development, or related Human Resources or Education field, with 2 years work experience or
- High School diploma or GED with 7 years related work experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Training, Education, Instructional Systems Design, Organizational Development, or related Human Resources or Education field, with 2 years work experience or
- High School diploma or GED with 7 years related work experience
- Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
- Strong Facilitation skills
- Instructional Design
Preferred Experience / Education:
- Master’s degree in Training, Education, Instructional Systems Design, Organizational Development, or related Human Resources or Education field
- Certification in Training (e.g. CPLP), Instructional Design, Adult Learning Theory, or related Human Resources Management field preferred.
- Working knowledge of Articulate Storyline
- Previous experience with Cornerstone or similar LMS
