- Responsible for providing administrator level support for all security systems while ensuring security personnel maintain compliant processes, documentation, work orders and reporting requirements in accordance with relevant SOPs.
- Responsible for the security staff and contractors – Establish and maintain leadership within the group to prioritize workload, provide training and guidance, and assign tasks.
- Responsible for identifying security trends, risks and/or deficiencies in existing processes, procedures, or physical security design and recommend mitigating actions and process improvements for review by the Security Manager.
- Responsible for supporting security projects, training/awareness programs, and special events.
- Responsible for the health and safety program within the security team including core risk assessments and equipment risk assessments. Ensure risk assessment training for staff and contractors maintain compliancy.
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5+ years security experience
- 2+ years supervisory experience.
- Experience with training and development of staff.
- Associate’s degree or higher
- 2+ years’ experience in a GxP environment.
- 2+ years of risk analysis and mitigation solutions experience.
- Experience with a compliant security program.
