Almac Group is currently seeking a Distribution Technician for our Souderton, PA location. The Distribution Technician will be responsible for picking orders as detailed on the Almac Clinical Services Pick List in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and all relevant Almac Clinical Services Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
This is a 2nd shift role 3pm-11pm
10% shift differential
2nd shift (3pm - 11pm) With a 10% shift differential
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Pick material within Refrigerated (2-8°C) Frozen (-20°C) and Ambient (15- 25°C) conditions as detailed on pick list using RF scanning device.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs.)
- Offer support and assistance to co-workers to ensure efficient departmental operations and foster a cooperative work environment.
- Assist in daily warehouse operations to replenish stock, including re-supply and rotating of packaging materials such as gel-packs and bubble wrap
Required Work Experience and Education
- One year + work experience
- Previous experience in a distribution or warehouse environment
Preferred:
- Good PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word

- Ability to work in the cold room as required
