{"id":9943,"date":"2025-11-04T15:58:33","date_gmt":"2025-11-04T15:58:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.almacgroup.com\/clinical-services\/?page_id=9943"},"modified":"2025-11-04T16:09:15","modified_gmt":"2025-11-04T16:09:15","slug":"completion-of-almac-souderton-facility-expansion-phase-1","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.almacgroup.com\/clinical-services\/completion-of-almac-souderton-facility-expansion-phase-1\/","title":{"rendered":"Completion of Almac Souderton Facility Expansion Phase 1"},"content":{"rendered":"\t<div class=\"\">\n\t\t<div class=\"o-wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"o-grid\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"o-grid__item u-width-full\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"s-cms\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Completion of Almac Souderton Facility Expansion Phase 1<\/h2>\n<p>October 23, 2025<\/p>\n<p>In May of this year, Almac informed you that the first phase of a major expansion at our North American Headquarters in Souderton, Pennsylvania was scheduled for completion in August\u2013September 2025.<\/p>\n<p>We are pleased to confirm that Phase 1 of the expansion has been successfully completed and has delivered:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>New 7300-pallet 15-25\u00b0C Warehouse<\/li>\n<li>New Distribution Warehouse with expanded pick-face and additional processing workstations<\/li>\n<li>New Mobile Freezer Area with enablers to accommodate over 70 ultra-low temperature freezers<\/li>\n<li>New Environmental Monitoring System (EMS) providing continuous monitoring and alarm functionality for the new areas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As part of this notification, we have prepared an <strong><u><a href=\"https:\/\/www.almacgroup.com\/clinical-services\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2025\/10\/Souderton-Expansion-Audit-guide.pdf?\" data-hs-link-id=\"0\" data-hs-link-id-v2=\"Jqv\/WMid\">audit guide<\/a><\/u><\/strong>\u00a0to provide you with an overview of the key design, build, and operational elements of the new areas. This phase will be delivered across 2026 and will increase storage and production capacity for a range of temperature-controlled materials.
