tens of thousands of samples for gene expression analysis using a range of tissue types including peripheral blood, bone marrow, sputum, CSF and solid tissue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our specific area of expertise is working with degraded RNA from FFPE samples. This difficult sample type is used routinely in our labs for both biomarker discovery and routine clinical testing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We have developed specialist skills in working with FFPE on multiple qPCR &amp; NGS platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-normal-font-size\" id=\"h-dna-analysis\">DNA Analysis<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>We offer qPCR and NGS platforms &amp; services for DNA analysis.
