Current Role

In his role as Associate Director of Formulation Development, Colin is responsible for Formulation & Process Development at the Craigavon campus including early-stage development, clinical manufacture, registration batches through to PPQ manufacture.

Experience

As a qualified pharmacist, Colin has over 20 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with the majority of these being at Almac. He has spent his entire career working in Formulation Development starting as Formulation Development Scientist and working up to his current position. He has technical experience of solid oral dosage form manufacture including blending, wet & dry granulation, compression, encapsulation and film coating. He is also an expert in precision powder filling using Xcelodose© technology.
