Almac Wins Three CMO Leadership Awards

Craigavon, N.I., UK, – 23 March 2016 We are pleased to announce that we have once again been selected as winners at this years’ CMO (Contract Manufacturing Organisation) Leadership Awards for the fifth year.  The award was presented to VP of Commercial Operations, David Downey at an exclusive ceremony and reception in New York last week (16 March).

The awards are developed by Life Science Leader with the sole purpose of recognising the industry’s top CMO’s.  The research was carried out by Industry Standard Research (ISReports.com) and based on their Contract Manufacturing Quality Benchmarking annual online survey.  More than 80 contract manufacturers were evaluated on 26 different performance metrics.

There are five CMO Leadership Award core categories: Quality, Reliability, Capabilities, Expertise, and Compatibility. Multiple performance metrics feed into each of these award categories to give added confidence to Almac.   Almac has emerged as the winner of three of these categories:

• COMPATIBILITY  – Met customers’ expectations
• QUALITY – Met customers’ expectations
• RELIABILITY – Met customers’ expectations
