ICTI Implements Latest Version of MasterControl Training

March 22, 2006

Interactive Clinical Technologies Incorporated (ICTI) successfully implemented the latest version of MasterControl ™ Training, a program that links employee training directly with document change to make sure training activities are successfully completed and managed electronically. ICTI purchased this software from MasterControl Inc., and officially went live on February 21, 2006.

This new version of MasterControl™ connects employees to internal, controlled documentation, change control, and training control processes twenty four hours a day, seven days a week. It improves document quality by automating electronic approval processes, maintaining proper version control, and ensuring that audit trails are properly recorded. MasterControl™ connects the right individual to the right document to ensure that employees are working off the correct document version all the time.

ICTI’s Quality Assurance department finds that this training system helps manage and control role-based training requirements and employee capabilities while ensuring the required regulatory compliance. Whenever documents such as SOP’s are approved or revisions made, the change triggers training tasks to those employees affected by the change. This software’s flexibility allows ICTI to create and organize a variety of simple or complex training courses requiring users to understand their duties and demonstrate proficiency.
