Almac Liver Disease Panel: Background

Almac is in the process of developing and analytically validating a liver disease panel for prospective clinical trial use for Steatotic Liver Disease.

Almac’s Liver Disease Panel is a qpCR genotyping panel for 7 of the most common steatotic liver disease gene research targets, including 10 germline SNPs. The panel intended use is to determine molecular eligibility for MASLD / MASH Trials.

Almac Liver Disease Panel:

Content Customisation

The panel has the option to be customised to add additional genes of interest for your individual biomarker drug development programme. The additional genes of interest would need to be validated for prospective clinical trial use alongside the other 10 SNP targets present. Almac can facilitate this custom development, tailored to your exact clinical trial requirements, at additional time and cost.
