We appreciate there may be uncertainty due to the impact of new tariffs on your clinical trials. • It is critical to understand the Country of Origin and the Harmonised Tariff Schedule (HTS) for each item.

• Consider the shipments you have planned and how they may be impacted by the new tariffs.

• Continue working with Almac to determine tariff mitigation strategies for the medium term such as the use of Bonded Warehouses, Foreign Trade Zones (USA) or Free Trade Zones (China).

• Consider how the new tariffs may impact your overall budget.
