It is imperative that we act swiftly and decisively in these situations; therefore, we diligently assess medications to ensure they meet safety standards for patient dosing. Our prompt communication and support to sites reaffirm our dedication to their success and the well-being of the patients involved in clinical trials.”

Siti Raihana is a Procurement Manager in Singapore, where she is part of the Procurement Team. She oversees the procurement of both direct and indirect goods and services for the Singapore facility. This includes managing the acquisition of packaging components, cleaning materials, and other services essential for maintaining the facility and offices.

“To me, it means knowing that what I help to procure, or when I am involved in other aspects of procurement, I eventually play a contributory role as a building block in clinical studies, ensuring these studies move smoothly through their various phases. In the long run, this work leads to creating miracles for patients, giving them hope for the future.”

Connie Butera, CS PA Support Services Coordinator
Connie Butera is a Support Services Coordinator located in Pennsylvania (PA), USA.
