“In my position, I embody our ethos of ‘Supply with Care.’  This commitment is evident in my direct interactions with site contacts, where we play a pivotal role in providing adjudication on clinical investigational products (IP) during temperature excursions. It is imperative that we act swiftly and decisively in these situations; therefore, we diligently assess medications to ensure they meet safety standards for patient dosing. Our prompt communication and support to sites reaffirm our dedication to their success and the well-being of the patients involved in clinical trials.”

Siti Raihana, Abdul Rashid, CS SG Procurement Manager

Siti Raihana is a Procurement Manager in Singapore, where she is part of the Procurement Team. She oversees the procurement of both direct and indirect goods and services for the Singapore facility. This includes managing the acquisition of packaging components, cleaning materials, and other services essential for maintaining the facility and offices.

What does “Supply with Care” mean to Siti?

“To me, it means knowing that what I help to procure, or when I am involved in other aspects of procurement, I eventually play a contributory role as a building block in clinical studies, ensuring these studies move smoothly through their various phases. In the long run, this work leads to creating miracles for patients, giving them hope for the future.”

Connie Butera, CS PA Support Services Coordinator

Connie Butera is a Support Services Coordinator located in Pennsylvania (PA), USA. Connie’s team receives time-sensitive tasks from the PA Project Services Teams, which support customers’ clinical trials. These tasks include generating Purchase Orders, shipping ID Samples, and updating the expiry of materials based on stability testing requirements.
