Trade Compliance Statement

The Almac Group (“Almac”) is committed to full compliance with all applicable trade control laws and regulations in the jurisdictions in which it operates, including export controls, economic and trade sanctions, customs laws and import requirements.

This commitment is led from the top of the organisation. The Group’s Board of Directors maintains oversight of Almac’s approach to trade compliance and promotes a culture of integrity and accountability throughout the Group.

As a global contract development and manufacturing organisation supporting customers across the drug development lifecycle, Almac recognises the critical importance of trade compliance within pharmaceutical supply chains. The Group maintains a risk-based trade compliance programme, supported by internal policies, procedures, training, and screening controls across its international operations.
Almac does not conduct business in embargoed countries or with individuals or entities designated on applicable sanctions or restricted party lists. Almac reserves the right to decline or restrict services where necessary to ensure compliance with applicable trade control laws.

Almac will not knowingly engage in any transaction or activity that would breach applicable trade control laws and is committed to the continuous improvement of its compliance framework.
