Unique, unfettered and flexible access to UK, Europe and beyond
Due to the NI Protocol agreement, Northern Ireland will remain in regulatory alignment with the EU post-Brexit.
All manufacturing and associated QP certification for both clinical supplies and commercial product conducted at our Craigavon (Northern Ireland) facility will continue to be recognised by both the UK and European regulatory agencies. In addition, in vitro diagnostics manufactured by Almac and being used in Northern Ireland for clinical trials, will remain in compliance with current EU directives and incoming IVD regulations.
This gives you unique seamless, uninterrupted and flexible access to both the UK and European marketplaces now and beyond Brexit.
What does this mean for you?
- Free movement and transfer of material in and out of our Craigavon facility to both the EU and UK
- Unique choice & flexibility to import and export material from either Europe (via Dublin) or UK (via Belfast) airport
- Clarity, confidence and reassurance you have been seeking in relation to Brexit
