About the Medicon Valley Alliance – Good Morning Meeting

Drug development has changed dramatically over the past decade, with rising manufacturing costs—particularly for biologics, including CGT—and personalised medicines, alongside increasing uncertainty around comparator drug availability. These challenges are driving a shift away from traditional clinical trial packaging models.

This Good Morning Meeting will explore how flexible packaging solutions, including Lean and Just‑in‑Time (JIT) approaches, are enabling greater clinical supply agility, and how hybrid models can successfully combine traditional and innovative packaging strategies within the same study.
