As a Proposals Team Leader for Packaging, Eimear ensures accuracy and quality in proposal costing and scope while training and managing her team to maintain strong communication and deliver timely, high‑standard submissions. Alongside her proposal‑writing responsibilities, she also identifies and drives improvements to processes, templates, and cost sheets to streamline workflows across the group.
Experience
Eimear has extensive experience across engineering, clinical distribution and pharmaceutical packaging. She began her career at Nugent Engineering before moving to Almac in 2017, where she progressed through supervisory and leadership roles in distribution administration, project supervision and now as a Proposals Team Leader for Packaging. With proven experience in logistics and leading a team, Eimear brings strong skills in leadership, client service and operational coordination across fast-paced, regulated environments.
