Current Role
As NPI Projects Team Leader, Kevin plays a central role in managing the end-to-end coordination of pharmaceutical supply projects for commercial clients. He leads cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and compliant validation, rapid launch, and delivery of new product launches. He acts as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments, overseeing new product introductions (NPIs), packaging design, and regulatory documentation. Kevin leads a team of Project Managers and Project Coordinators responsible for the commercial rapid launch of new products being approved to market.
With a strong focus on operational excellence and client satisfaction, Kevin also manages project financials, identifies process improvements, and ensures that all services are delivered to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Kevin managed the 72 hour or less rapid launch of three NPI’s in 2024 – 2 of which were successfully launched within days of one another demonstrating our experienced teams.
Experience
Kevin is an experienced logistics and supply chain professional with over 25 years in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries. His expertise spans across production scheduling, purchasing, inventory control, and transportation management. Before joining Almac, he has previously held leadership roles in logistics and operations at Gerresheimer and Callahan Chemical Company.
