Almac Group to Host Clinical Trial Supply Workshop in Germany

Craigavon, U.K., 13 Aug 2019 – Almac Clinical Services, part of the global contract pharmaceutical development and manufacturing organisation the Almac Group, is delighted to invite participants from the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry to join its upcoming complimentary Workshop in Frankfurt on Thursday 12th September 2019.

Hosted at the Radisson Blu, Hotel from 11:00am – 5:00pm, the specifically designed session will examine “Clinical Trial Supply and Technology: A proven approach to achieve supply chain harmony.”  Leading the workshop will be Almac’s subject matter experts, including Meryvn Preston, Supply Chain Management Project Group Manager, Andrew Thress, Project Group Manager, SCM and Brian Mullin, Clinical Project Services Manager.  Andrew Scott, Head of Logistics (EU) Almac Clinical Services will also lead a BREXIT panel discussion.

Almac understands the challenges faced by biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies in an ever-evolving industry. Using real-life scenarios and interactive group discussions, participants will learn how to achieve an integrated, simplified and optimised clinical supply chain as well as discuss how to overcome the barriers posed by the management of clinical supplies.
