We employ AI methods to explore enzyme fitness landscapes for reactions of interest. Structural determination and physics-based methods are used in conjunction with AI methods. Properties which can be improved include activity, selectivity, thermostability, pH tolerance and solvent tolerance.

Structure-based deep learning methods are also being developed to identify substrate-enzyme interactions.
