A graduate of the West Chester University of Pennsylvania and with experience within the broader healthcare sector, Ryan joined Almac in 2020 as a Proposal Development Coordinator. The role required Ryan to work across several accounts to support sales managers and deliver an exceptional standard of service to clinical trial sponsors, which he did with gusto.

In recognition of his expertise, aptitude, and commitment to Almac’s partnership approach, Ryan quickly rose through the ranks, taking on the Business Development Coordinator role before being appointed Business Development Manager in January, 2022. Popular with customers and colleagues alike, Ryan’s primary responsibilities include building relationships, cultivating partnerships, and untangling complex customer needs to deliver effective solutions that optimize trial supply.
