Shauna McCloskey Quality, CS NW Compliance Coordinator

“As a Quality Compliance Coordinator for the NW site, I support compliance across clinical operations by ensuring our processes meet both regulatory standards and internal quality expectations. What does “Supply with Care” mean to Shauna?

“Supply with Care resonates deeply with my role. It’s about ensuring that every step of the clinical supply process is carried out with precision, integrity, and a genuine commitment to quality.”

Gary Donnelly, Unlicensed Medicines Compliance Manager

“I’m an Unlicensed Medicines Compliance Manager (UMCM), which is a bit of an all-rounder role. My primary focus is supporting customers and project services with all aspects of Managed Access Programs (MAPs).”

What does “Supply with Care” mean to Gary?

“In my role, you’re often close to the wire. You have visibility into sensitive details like doctors’ requests and patient indications. Sometimes, you’re directly supporting physicians with specific paperwork and submissions, which gives you a real insight into the systems that deliver medicine to those who need it. Working in Managed Access, you also know that every shipment dispatched is on its way to treat a genuinely ill patient, there are no placebos. And you bear this all-in mind every day, so ‘Supply with care’ is probably a really good way to sum it up.”

Jocelyn Amos, Production Team Leader

I currently work as a Production Team Leader, where I have had the privilege of growing within the Production group. As part of my role, I oversee daily Production schedules and processes to ensure operations run efficiently. Being on the floor each day allows me to stay hands on and assist with resolving any issues quickly, identify improvements for future operations, and collaborate with other departments to increase overall efficiency.

What does “Supply with Care” mean Jocelyn?

“To me, “Supply with Care” goes beyond meeting deadlines. It’s about consistently delivering to Almac’s high standards of quality. In Production, I treat every job with the mindset that these materials are destined for someone’s loved one and could one day impact someone I care about personally. That perspective motivates me to handle each step with care and intention, ensuring the process is efficient, precise, and always respectful of the lives it may touch.”
