Now a Senior Key Account Manager, Jill enjoys harnessing her extensive knowledge to focus on a select number of strategic clients. Having built strong relationships and trust with her clients, Jill is expertly placed to support them to achieve against KPIs by understanding their unique requirements, identifying gaps, and matching services to optimise client performance and return on investment.

A longstanding and pivotal member of the Business Development Department, Jill joined Almac Clinical Services in 2007 after graduating with an MA in Marketing from the University of Ulster.

Jill started her career as a Business Development Coordinator, where she was responsible for generating quotes for a broad range of clients. She then spent three years as a Business Development Manager, working with both prospective and existing customers, before taking on a key account management role in 2011.
