Having been a member of Almac Clinical Services' Business Development team for 11 years, Mark is our Key Account Group Manager. Responsible for a team of Key Account Managers, Mark ensures sustained growth across Almac Clinical Services’ strategic and key accounts by delivering high standards of customer care and nurturing strong professional relationships with valued clients.
With a BA (Hons) in Business Management from Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh, Mark puts his academic expertise and extensive clinical trials knowledge into practice by supporting his team to develop and build long lasting business relationships. With an in-depth understanding of complex customer requirements and a genuine desire to support customers to achieve their goals, Mark develops new solutions and collaborates with customers and colleagues alike to meet patient needs, deliver against customers’ KPIs, and maintain strong business growth.
