A Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) solution which uses the 10X Genomics Chromium X platform and Next GEM Single Cell 3’ workflow to generate RNA-seq data at the cellular level from cell suspension stored in Cryo-preservative.

The service includes a scalable bioinformatic pipeline underpinned by 10X Genomics Cell Ranger software enabling comprehensive QC and single cell gene expression estimation

Optional custom bioinformatics solutions are also offered such as cell type identification, differential expression analysis between cell types and pathway analysis.

  • Pre & post sequence alignment QC (standard)
    • Sample & sequence/alignment Microsoft excel QC report
    • Cellranger interactive summary HTML file containing QC metrics and automated secondary analysis results including t-SNE projection of cells.
  • Additional Outputs:
    • UMI Count Matrix: Equivalent to Raw Count Matrix but counts the number of UMIs per gene for each cellular barcode.
    • Cloupe File: Input to Cellranger Loupe Browser for efficient data exploration and differential expression analysis.
