Current Role:
As an NPI Project Team Leader at Almac, Julie is responsible for leading the New Product Introduction (NPI) function within the Commercial Packaging business unit. She liaises with internal and external stakeholders oversees the timely delivery of NPI projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations, commercial objectives and the broader business strategy. Julie leads a multidisciplinary team focused on project execution, client engagement and continuous improvement.
She plays a key role in managing project portfolios, facilitating smooth transitions from development to routine commercial supply, and driving operational excellence through structured performance management. Julie also supports the identifying and supporting business opportunities, oversees financial and budgetary processes, and maintains quality standards through effective risk and issue resolution. She is committed to team development, providing mentorship and fostering a collaborative and high performing culture across functions.
