Current Role

In her role as Audit Manager, Louise is responsible for managing and hosting client audits, ensuring that each client’s needs are met, ultimately resulting in the client continuing their partnership with Almac Pharma Services. Louise also supports regulatory inspections as part of her job role.

Experience

Although she has moved across several QA roles within Almac Pharma Services, Louise started in the Technical Quality department as a coordinator, where she was responsible for the reporting and management of resourcing within the department. She would then move to the Lead Investigator team in QA, investigating deviation and product complaint events to determine the root cause and to develop the appropriate CAPA to prevent reoccurrence. According to Louise, this was an invaluable experience, and gave her a solid foundation in both QA and the wider APS business.

In 2020, she moved to the Global Quality Team as a Project Manager and then ultimately Projects Team Leader. Here, she was responsible for the successful delivery of Global QA projects including the move of QA processes into TrackWise and the development of Almac’s electronic document management system.
