Current Role:

As a Senior Team Leader, Megan leads multiple custom synthesis projects developing processes from gram to ton manufacture and is responsible for technology transfer and process scale-up with additional experience in bioprocessing.

Megan has been responsible for the implementation of continuous flow at Almac Sciences, additionally leading multiple academic collaborations and has eight peer-reviewed flow publications in the last two years.

Previous Experience:

Megan graduated from The Queen’s University of Belfast with a 1st Class MSc (Hons) in Chemistry in 2012 before returning to gain a Ph.D. in 2016. In 2022, Megan completed an MBA (with distinction) at the University of Aberdeen.
