Current Role
In his role as Quality Assurance Team Leader, Michael leads a multidisciplinary team providing quality governance and support commercial operations. He ensures Product Quality/Annual Product Reviews are completed in a timely manner, in compliance with the Quality Policy. Michael also supports new product introduction through to routine commercial supply, ensuring compliance with the principles of GMP and Almac Quality Standards.
Experience
After his time at university, Michael worked at a veterinary pharmaceutical company as a Production Chemist within the Production department for 3 years. He then moved to a local chemical company which manufactured and distributed industrial chemicals across a wide range of industries where Michael worked in a Quality Technician role. Following this, Michael joined Almac Pharma Services team as a Product Quality Officer and has since progressed through to the roles of Senior Product Quality Officer and then into his current role as Quality Assurance Team Leader.
