Current role:
As Associate Director of Commercial Supply Services at our Audubon site and a key member of the Site Leadership and Global Management Teams, Mike leads a team of Project Managers and Project Coordinators to deliver commercial projects. He ensures the efficient, ongoing supply of products and services while driving successful new product introductions and routine supply in alignment with Almac’s strategic goals.
Experience:
As a proven cross-functional leader with a strong technical background, Mike brings over 20 years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering and external supply management. With various senior positions at companies including Organon, Merck and Endo Pharmaceuticals, Mike has extensive experience leading high-impact strategic initiatives including technical transfers, product launches, and process optimzations across global networks.
