Almac Clinical Technologies Spreading Holiday Cheer
December 20, 2006
Almac Clinical Technologies collaborates with the Bucks County Opportunity Council (BCOC), Inc. to spread holiday cheer through the annual BCOC “Adopt-A-Family” Program. The goal of the program is to pair Bucks County donors with BCOC clients for the holidays. Each donor adopts a family(s) and provides for their holiday needs. Almac’s Yardley office adopted eight families this year, allowing them to help those less fortunate in the surrounding community.
The mission of Bucks County Opportunity Council, Inc. (BCOC) is to help low-income people in Bucks County achieve and maintain economic self-sufficiency. BCOC provides an array of programs and services aimed at empowering families with the tools and resources necessary to escape poverty and become permanently self-sufficient.
