Almac’s Singapore facility secures GMP Certifications

Almac Clinical Services’ facility in Singapore has received Good Manufacturing Practice certification from the Health Sciences Authority, for cell, tissue and gene therapy products.

This certification demonstrates our commitment to upholding the highest standards of manufacturing quality systems. You can be confident that your clinical trial materials, from small molecules to next generation CGTs – are consistently produced and controlled according to relevant GMP standards.

During the inspection in May, the HSA confirmed that Almac’s Singapore facility was compliant with the principles and guidelines of GMP. We recently completed a significant investment to enhance cold chain facilities that will quadruple the site’s existing floorspace and enhance Almac’s capabilities in managing temperature-sensitive clinical supplies. This investment combined with our new certification gives sponsors unparalleled opportunity to maximize success for their next generation therapy trials.
