Almac Group says goodbye to Colin Hayburn

The Almac Group would like to wish Colin Hayburn every success as he moves on from his position of Executive Director to pursue new challenges on December 31^st 2022.

For over 14 years, Colin was part of Almac Group’s Leadership team and a valued member of the Almac board.  He brought a wealth of both strategic leadership and governance experience to Almac during this period of unprecedented growth for the organization. Colin was also a Trustee of the McClay Foundation.

Alan Armstrong, Almac Group CEO, said: “Colin was highly regarded by his fellow board members and colleagues from across the Almac Group. I would like to thank him for the valuable contribution he made to the organization.  We wish him every success as he leaves us to join Extern as their CEO in early 2023.”

Colin is a Queens University graduate and was awarded an MBE for services to economic development and philanthropy in June 2022.
