Almac Group is currently seeking a Production Technician at our Souderton, Pa facility. The Production Technician will perform assigned functions at Almac Clinical Services relevant to the packaging area ensuring that quality is maintained in products for the safety, well-being, and protection of the patient. The Production Technician will also be required to perform assigned functions within Secondary Packaging Rooms (no exposed product), and in Primary Packaging Rooms (exposed product) when required.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for the set-up, operation, shut down, and cleaning of all Production related equipment utilizing the highest standards within a cGMP environment, following Almac SOPs.
- Complete all required associated documentation per Almac SOPs ensuring accurate information is recorded.
- Perform preventative maintenance per Almac SOPs and Planned Maintenance schedules.
- Troubleshoot Almac Production Equipment.
Qualifications
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Mechanical/Electrical Degree or training Preferred
Required:
- 1+ years Machine/Mechanical experience
- Experience processing of mechanical equipment
Preferred:
- Experience in pharmaceutical or similar GMP environment
- Experience with pharmaceutical processing equipment in GMP environment
