We’re looking for problem solvers who love to solve challenges and think “outside the box.” You are studying or have an interest in business, health science, engineering, computer science, or chemistry–and want to see them in action.
Our 10-week internship program runs from early June to early August. You will work full-time, Monday-Friday, 40 hours a week. Most of our internships and our intern events will be at our North American Headquarters in Souderton, PA. We also have opportunities available in our Audubon, PA

After applying on our website, you will hear directly from a member of Almac’s talent acquisition team for a phone screening if your qualifications meet our openings. This will be followed by an interview with your future project team. To apply, you must be an undergraduate who has completed at least their sophomore year. We are looking for students with excellent written and verbal communication skills, who are organized and enjoy analyzing information and solving problems.
Right away! You will be welcomed to Almac with an intern onboarding experience to acclimate you to the organization and our culture, prior to starting your role.
On your first day, you will report to our North American Headquarters in Souderton, PA, regardless of the facility you will be working in. Parking will be available.
Business casual is required in all of Almac’s facilities.
Yes! Throughout the summer, there are several events for you to attend to build your professional skills and network with other interns and others in the company. Some of the events will be organized for the whole program and some may be organized by your department. Overall, there are plenty of opportunities to meet your peers and learn about Almac!
